Now this מַלְאָךְ just might be an angel
Or אֵלִיָהוּ הַנָבִיא,
Or perhaps just a dream,
Revealing G-d’s scheme,

Now, tonight is a most special moment,
And there’s no place that I’d rather be,
For here, with us all,
Throughout this great hall,
Is הַמַלְאָךְ הַגֹאֵל אֹתִי.
For a מַלְאָךְ is merely an agent,
Making sure that G-d’s will’s carried through,
And the joy that you’ve given
To these special children,
Means, the מַלְאָךְ, the גֹאֵל is YOU.
