THE PIZZA SONG- Uncle Moishy- Tune Composed By Rabbi Avraham Horowitz, Bostoner Rebbe ZT”L- Vol. 6

Pizza is delicious, my favorite food around.
So I walked into a pizza store, my favorite one in town.
I walked up to the counter and said “One pizza please.”
He said, “Here’s your pizza with lots of extra cheese.”

The pizza looks so good; I said, “Oh thanks a bunch.”
He answered, “Your welcome, now go enjoy your lunch.”
And as I turned around, a man comes through the door.
We bumped into each other, now my pizza’s on the floor.

Oy, yoy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy oy vey.
(x2)

I said, “I’m really sorry, I apologize to you.”
He said, “No need to worry, and please excuse me too.”
So, I went back to the counter and said, “One pizza please.”
He said, “Here’s your pizza with lots of extra cheese.”

And as I turned around, I looked both far and near.
No one was behind me the coast was crystal clear.
One thing I didn’t see: the broom stick on the floor.
I tripped and now my pizza is all over the store.

Oy, yoy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy oy vey.
(x2)

I cleaned up the whole mess and made it look so nice.
But I had no more money to buy another slice.
As I left the store, I waved and said, “Goodbye.”
He said, “You’re really nice. Here’s an extra pie.”

The Torah says be nice. The Torah says be kind.
Be helpful; be thankful, and cheerful all the time.
So always be polite, throughout your whole life long.
Be sure to watch your manners and sing the pizza song.

Lai, le‐lai lai lai, le‐lai lai lai, le‐lai lai lai.
(x3)

Mind those manners please.
